We accept Credit Cards, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express via our online secure shopping cart or via telephone (but prefer online) WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL! We also accept money order payments. All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS Express mail-(signature required). If paid by money order your order can ship any shipping method you prefer. Insurance is optional on all USPS mail packages, (included in Express mail) All domestic shipments are subject to $1.00 handling fee. If you are sending a money order, your payment is expected within 7 postal days. If your payment is not received in timely manner, item goes back in stock, and if your payment arrives and item is not in stock, it will be returned to you promptly. Most shipments to apartment/condominium complexes will require indirect signature with Fedex and direct signature with Express Mail. All other Fedex shipments signature requirment is at our discretion. We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

Insurance is optional and can be purchased to most countries on Air Mail packages, included with Express Mail. All orders are subject to a $2.00 handling fee. If you are sending your payment by mail, it is expected within 10 days.

We ship all orders next business day, (unless there is a snow storm) then you'll be notified via email of the delay, All orders that are shipped within Continental U.S. take 1-5 business days (unless weather delayed) to get to you. Fedex Ground delivers Monday through Friday and Fedex Home Delivery is Tuesday through Saturday. USPS Express mail is 1-2 days within U.S., in most cases. For international due to customs delays, some Express mail shipments can take longer then others.

Due to our low prices we can not offer money back. All sales are final. If you are really dissatisfied with the item, return can be made within 3 days of the receipt of item. 15% restocking fee will be applied and shipping fees are non-refundable, (to you and from you). Must call or email first for RMA # prior to returning the item. If your item arrives damaged, (most likely the item is damaged in transit, as all items are closely inspected before being shipped out to our customers), you must contact us immediately. There is also a 15% restocking fee on all refused shipments, and shipping charge is non-refundable.
