We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express via our secure shopping cart or via telephone. We also accept money order payment by mail.

SHIPPING

Prior to shipment, all items are inspected for defects

All models are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap with packaging peanuts and in corrugated shipping box.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. - (FedEx Ground shipping only available for hold at location at FedEx Office) Buyer pays calculated shipping cost, based on shipping zip code, based on our discounted rates with the carriers. Shipping is not combined for 1:18 scale model with other models. (each 1:18 scale model ships in its own box). All Orders are shipped within 3 business days.

We do not ship to apartment or condominium buildings because its not secure. Please ship to FedEx or UPS hold location. If none of the above works for you - contact us before ordering.

You have an option to ship to a UPS Store - (each is independently owned, and will charge to hold a package for pick up) or FedEx-Office (near your home or work). If you want your order to be shipped to your work address, you must contact us first. Please specify it in the comments box at checkout. All orders that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico payment is by money order, and shipped by the postal service. We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any returns on new product will be considered on an individual basis, if notified within 3 days in writing of receipt. 25% restocking fee will be applied and shipping fees are non-refundable, (to you and from you). There is also a 25% restocking fee on all refused shipments, and shipping charge is non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All orders that are shippied outside the U.S. payment is by Western Union or Moneygram cash transfer only. Shipping options are USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail or Express Mail. All orders are shipped next business day. Due to customs delays, some shipments can take longer then others. All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to high shipping costs, all sales are final for international customers.
